Family Session: Gardella Family

March 8, 2012

The Gardella Family was such an amazing family to hangout with for the afternoon! They are all so sweet and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed each others company! They even all climbed up in a tree! Such a fun group

Wedding: Erin + Austen

February 20, 2012

Erin and Austen’s wedding was this past November in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ceremony was at Crossroads Community Church, and the reception was at the Fort Thomas Armory. They are wonderful to photograph, and their engagement session is by far a favorite for viewers and followers.

Wedding: Kellye + Brandon

February 6, 2012

Kellye and Brandon’s wedding took place in Northern Kentucky. We had beautiful weather, and Kellye made a stunning bride!

Family Session: Kondik Family

January 3, 2012

The Kondik family session was done at The Pumpkin Patch www.pumpkinpatchKY.com for more info. It is a family owned pumpkin patch in Independence, Kentucky that runs on the weekends for the month of October. To have your own family session here, please contact me.

The girls were full of energy and loved exploring the pumpkin patch. They were so sweet and kept picking flowers for me. Such a picture-perfect family to photograph!

Senior Session: Amanda and Richard

September 20, 2011

Amanda and Richard were such a fun couple to photograph! They graduated high school and wanted to get their senior photos taken together. They ran around, danced, made funny faces, and just had fun! There is so much more energy in a photo when the subject is genuinely having a good time and laughing rather than just smiling because their photo is being taken. I think it really shows in all of their photos that they have a blast together! Great job guys!

4-Month Infant Session: Brooklyn

September 7, 2011

Brooklyn was 4 months old this past August when we did the shoot. She is special to me because she was born the day before my birthday! Brooklyn was so good the entire shoot!! Brooklyn is a mini-me of her mother Lydia, so cute!!!

Senior Session: Jake

September 2, 2011

Jake’s session was done at Tower Park in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. The armory, gymnasium, and tower made for perfect backdrops. Jake was really involved in band so he showed off his state ring and medals.

Wedding: Laura and Kyle

August 22, 2011

Laura and Kyle were married in Nicholasville, Kentucky. I had done their engagement session a few months before and had a chance to meet their little family. I put their engagement photos in a photo book to use as an innovative guestbook (the book is shown in the last photo). The whole day was filled with special family ties: the reception was at Kyle’s beautiful family farm, and Laura’s mother owns a bakery and made the wedding cake out of tiers of cupcakes. They were so delicious! Her website is www.AllMixedUpCupcakesandSweets.com. I loved how the bridesmaids wore cowgirl boots, it was the perfect finish for the dresses……Oh, and I am pretty sure they had the most cutest group of nieces and nephews, after you see the photos, you will agree!

Engagement Session: Erin and Austen

July 15, 2011

Erin and Austen met and live in Virginia, but Erin is from Northern Kentucky. They decided to do the session at Erin’s grandpa’s golf course in California, Kentucky. Erin knew she wanted the photos to look vintage so I found the perfect bikes and props. She happened to find the yellow chair at a sale that day, and it was exactly what I had in mind!  They are such a sweet couple with vibrant personalities and it shows throughout the session.

Wedding: Laura & Jake

July 5, 2011

Laura and Jake’s wedding took place in Lexington, Kentucky at the Carrick House. It was a gorgeous location, the building was historic but with a modern edge. The day started out being stormy but was perfect when it came time to take photos. There was a glass atrium roof in the room where the ceremony was held and it allowed for natural lighting which I prefer.  Laura and Jake are so perfect together, I was honored to capture their big day!
